Becoming a new supplier/contractor
To become a new supplier or contractor of Lucy Properties you are required to complete the new supplier form for your company.
In addition to the completed form, we require the following, where relevant;
- Risk assessments
- Method statements
- Current health and safety policy document
- Any other relevant certificates eg. Gas Safe Registration
- Up to date public and employers liability insurance or professional indemnity insurance, depending on the nature of your business
We also require you to read and sign our code of conduct detailing what we expect of any supplier of contractor who work with us.
